The organizers of FLoC 2022 invite students to apply to our volunteer program. Volunteers will receive a stipend (a variable amount towards registration and travel costs for students depending on the origin of travel) in exchange for volunteer work at the conference.  FLoC’22 volunteers will be able to interact with speakers and participants, network with other researchers and meet graduate students from all over the world.

Opportunities

There will be a variety of tasks you can help us with, such as helping at the registration desk, assisting with the audio-visual equipment across the different venues, giving directions to venues, providing information to conference/workshop participants, helping with traffic flow, general assistance to keep the conference running smoothly, or engaging with social media about FLoC. Tasks will be allocated where possible based on preferences. You will receive training and will be supervised and supported by members of the FLoC organizing team.
